Small beginnings. A world of possibilities.|An original India-first phonics programme

A thoughtful beginning

Small sounds.
A world of possibility.

We’re developing an original early-reading programme with a clear structure, a playful spirit and Indian children at its heart.

Our purpose

Reading opens doors.
Let’s build the first key.

A written word can look like a puzzle. Learning how its letters connect to speech sounds gives a child a way in.

LipiLeap is being developed as an original, systematic synthetic phonics programme: carefully sequenced, cumulative and playful. Children will practise using what they already know as each new piece is introduced.

Our ambition is a connected experience for children, families and teachers—from a first listening game to the pleasure of reading a story.

Our commitments

A clear structure. A human approach.

Original by design

Our own curriculum, stories, songs, characters, activities and reading materials are being developed for LipiLeap.

Purpose in the play

Listening, movement and word play are connected to specific reading skills, with deliberate opportunities to revisit them.

Room to grow

The next teaching step should reflect what a learner understands, with practice and support where they need it.

India-first. Open to the world.

Made with our children’s worlds in mind.

Many languages. One welcoming start.

Acknowledge the languages children already use and plan parent support in familiar Indian languages.

Familiar worlds, fresh stories.

Develop original examples and stories that feel at home in Indian childhoods.

Learning that travels home.

Connect classroom routines with manageable practice for families, on mobile and in print.

Progress you can understand.

Plan clear checkpoints for sound knowledge, blending, segmenting and connected reading.
