The current website
This development preview introduces LipiLeap and demonstrates adult enquiry forms. The local demonstration form handler validates entries and returns a preview response. It does not send an email, create an account or intentionally retain the submitted enquiry.
Information in forms
Forms are intended for adults. They may request an adult’s name, email, optional phone number, organisation and message. Please do not include children’s names, birth dates, images, assessment records, diagnoses or other identifying information.
Cookies, storage and providers
This version does not intentionally use advertising trackers, marketing analytics or browser storage for submitted forms. If hosted, the hosting provider may process technical request information. Hosting, email, CRM and analytics providers must be documented in the final policy before live launch.
Before live enquiries are enabled
The team must publish the verified organisation identity and privacy contact, describe the actual purpose and handling of each field, document retention and deletion procedures, and review the providers that receive information. Enabling a live integration may change how submissions are processed.
Questions and requests
A verified privacy contact has not yet been supplied. This preview should not be used to send confidential information or time-sensitive data requests. The final privacy contact and a working request process must be added before live collection.
